Solo Driver
Solo truck driving jobs at PAM Transport is available when you are not fulfilling your Team or Team HazMat driving commitment during the first year. These solo driving jobs are ideal for the person who enjoys operating on their own schedule and doesn’t mind spending time alone. With PAM Transports' new pay structure, solo drivers will receive two pay raises within their first 9 months of driving!

Driver Guaranteed Pay
PAM Transport understands that it can take a bit of time to settle into a new job. To help you get started on the right track, PAM guarantees your paycheck to be at least $500/week for the first 60 days after becoming a first seat driver.
