Some Good Trucking News - Week 2
Who's ready for some positive news TWO WEEKS IN A ROW?! In our Facebook trucking group, RoadWarriors, we started a weekly post asking our truck drivers to share some good news with us - you know something that makes you have that WARM, FUZZY feeling inside. In today's world, NEGATIVE NEWS seems to be the only thing we see. We figured it was time for something different. Well, after another weeks' post filled with lots of comments, we can tell we aren't the only ones thinking that. As it turns out, there's so much good going on in this world that's getting overlooked. Especially in the trucking community. It's time we shine a light on it now! Take a look at SOME GOOD TRUCKING NEWS from this week...
“We usually hand cold water or soda out the window to the homeless if we feel led and they are standing there in this heat!” - Melissa H.
“I just gave a new driver an inverter free of charge for his truck and cooked him a burger while we waited to be unloaded.” - Tara S.
“Customs officer gave my puppy a milkbone treat.” - Tamara L. (see adorable pic in featured photo)
“I’m a trucker’s wife, but I got out of my car and hurried to open a door to a store for a man who was missing a leg and was on crutches." - Debbie F.
