$10,000 Team Driver Bonus

If you decide to do team driving with PAM Transport, not only will you get more CPM, you'll also be eligible to receive a $10,000 team bonus ($5,000/driver). Talk about a big payday for you! When you drive OTR team with PAM Transport, not only can you get the bonus but you are in the route to the quickest way to accelerated pay. Most student teams start out at .48 CPM plus the bonus, and with only 3 short months of experience, the CPM moves up to .50!

If you prefer to drive solo, going OTR is the best decision if you want to see the most miles, which can only mean the bigger paychecks. Not to mention, with PAM Transport's new pay structure, solo OTR drivers will now get two pay increases in just the first 9 months!
