2020 PAM Transport Holiday Performance Bonus

Driver Solutions and PAM Transport partner together to help those who wish to get into trucking have their first year mapped out to earn the experience needed to have a successful career! We know from working with PAM Transport for many years, that they are always looking to provide great incentives to the hard-working men and women within the company! With the holidays around the corner, there is no better time to give appreciation to the drivers who have worked so hard all year. Especially this year! With that being said... PAM Transport recently just announced on social media their holiday performance bonus!

2020 Holiday Bonus Overview:

PAM Transport has developed a “Holiday” Performance Bonus plan that goes in to effect on 10/10/20 and will be rolled out as a one-time offering, this will give us time to evaluate results and make strategic changes if needed when establishing an ongoing bonus plan.

Applies to 1st Seat Solo Company OTR Drivers
Runs from 10/10-12/11 (9 week period)
$1,000 Bonus for 12,000 miles ran
$2,000 Bonus for 16,000 miles ran
Pays before Christmas
No accidents during 10/10-12/11

*Drivers hired after the 10/10 start date will also be able to participate for a prorated bonus. In order to be eligible driver must have a start date no later than 11/13/20.*"

This gives PAM drivers something to look forward to as we close out the year!  We wish all drivers a safe 4th quarter and hope that many are able to take advantage of this extra money just in time for the holidays!
