Jubitz

Jubitz was voted the #4 out of the 4 best truck stops in the U.S.

Here is what a representative from Jubitz had to say about Jubitz and their history: "Jubitz Corporation is a family owned and operated truck stop, travel center, fueling provider and hospitality company started by Monroe A. “Moe" Jubitz. After Moe graduated from Yale University in 1939, he declined inquiries from the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees and returned to Portland. He took a job with a local trucking company and saw an opportunity in truck leasing, prompting him to open his own business in 1952 as Fleet Leasing, Inc. Moe discovered that business opportunities for providing professional drivers with services such as fuel, food and accommodations were outpacing his original truck leasing business, and Jubitz Truck Stop was born. Every member of the Jubitz family pulled a shift in the early years, with sons Al Jubitz and Fred Jubitz working the first 24-hour shift in 1960. Jubitz has a 24-hour restaurant, movie theater, live music venue and so much more, and was recently named the “Second Best Rest Stop in America" by CarRentals.com, an Expedia Group company. In its world-wide survey of truck stops, the FOX Travel Channel voted Jubitz Travel Center the “World’s Classiest Truck Stop" for our high customer service standards." You can find more information on Jubitz and all their locations by checking out their website here and Facebook page here.
