Recap: 2016 PAM Mission MPG Giveaway
On Friday, April 8th, PAM Transport hosted it’s 4th annual Mission MPG Giveaway at its headquarters in Tontitown, Arkansas. For those that don’t know, the Mission MPG Giveaway is an event that rewards PAM drivers for fuel efficient driving.
PAM determines fuel efficiency by collecting data every day that includes metrics such as: distance driven, fuel used, speed, total idle, time in top gear, and time in cruise control.
The top 40%, 25%, and 10% of drivers in PAM’s company fleet receive incentives, and are then entered into the annual giveaway where they have a chance to receive some INSANE prizes.
The day started off with an awesome cookout, and there couldn't have been better weather for the event.
This year, PAM gave away 4 Honda 4-wheelers, and the grand prize was a 2016 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic motorcycle!

Bobby Quick
A father of 3 and grandfather of 7, Bobby hails from Sedalia, Missouri. He joined PAM in the summer of 2011, and previously worked in the construction industry.
His favorite thing about being a truck driver?
"The money," he says with a big smile.
For his first trip on the new bike, Bobby plans on taking a trip home to Sedalia, and then to Warsaw, Missouri, for a visit to the scenic Truman Lake.
