1st Year Review from PAM Driver, John Nichols
Just over 1 year ago, John Nichols started his truck driving career at PAM Transport. It all began with CDL training at our truck driving school in Missouri so he could learn the skills needed to become a professional truck driver. After passing the CDL test and getting his license, John was ready to hit the road with a Driver Mentor for more paid, on-the-job training. Once he completed that, he started a team truck driving job with a co-driver logging some serious miles and making good money.
Great Miles, Great Money
Fast forward to 1 year later, and John is loving things at PAM Transport. Once he got some experience, he was able to move into a Dedicated Lane - meaning he and his teammate get to go home every weekend now to see family. That's HUGE in trucking! On top of that, the miles are steady at 5,000 miles per week and a big-time team driving incentive of $5,000 is about to hit the bank. Take a look at what John had to say here...
"My first year with PAM Transport has been exciting and rewarding! After driving with PAM only two months, my co-driver and I were asked to drive a Dedicated Lane. My new co-driver and I are still driving the lane. This allows us to be home on weekends and 5,000+ miles a week! We drove a 2017 International for almost 300k miles until it needed repairs. Now we are driving one of the new 2018 Peterbilt trucks! Received a $5,000 incentive for signing up for another year of driving team, with a great co-driver. More money per mile and still on Dedicated Lane!"
