With rules and regulations constantly changing as the Coronavirus continues to affect the U.S., it is important that students know answers to many questions I'm sure they are asking!

  • Are trucking companies still hiring?
    • Yes, truck driving has been deemed as an essential business. Truck drivers are needed now more than ever to deliver the goods American wants and needs. The transportation industry will play a critical part in improving our economy and carrying us through to the other side of this pandemic.  
  • Is your business open?
    • Yes, truck driver training has also been deemed essential. New drivers must be trained to meet transportation demands. We are taking the necessary precautions to make sure our business is operating safely and in accordance with state/CDC guidelines.  
  • Do you have adjusted hours?
    • Driver Solutions recruiters and representatives are available during normal business hours are M-Thurs, 8 am-5 pm and Friday 8 am-4 pm.
  • What precautions are you taking?
    • We’re implementing best practices such as:
      • Utilizing social distancing
      • Performing temperature checks
      • Wearing masks/face coverings when social distancing not possible
      • Frequent disinfecting/wiping down training equipment
  • Are masks required?
    • We’re following state guidelines at each of our campuses. That being said, there will be times when social distancing may not be possible and masks will be required. 
  • What are other guidelines for students to come to school?
    • Please respect others, wear a mask when necessary, keep your distance from others when possible, and respect rules and regulations of the state/school you’re attending.
