Recent truck driving school graduate Chad stops by to talk about his over the road training experience. Chad graduated from truck driving school through the Driver Solutions company-sponsored training program in 2010 and joined PAM Transport as a team driver. Chad says that he's learned in truck driving school and beyond that respect is important. It's important to treat your trainer with respect, but also understand why he or she is doing the things they're doing. Don't accept everything at face value over the road, but don't be argumentative. If you respect each others' space and work to understand your new truck driving job, your post truck driving school experience will be a great one.
