At Driver Solutions, we see people come through our unique CDL training sponsorship program of all ages and backgrounds. Company sponsored CDL training can help lead to job security, as you're entering a stable and steady industry. Even though the Driver Solutions partner trucking companies do not have an upper age limit, in order to qualify for a class A CDL, you do have to meet some basic criteria.
General Sponsorship Qualifications
- At least 22 years of age
- Must hold a current valid driver's license
- Must have held current license for 8 out of the last 12 months.
- No DWI/DUI in the last 5 years.
- No 20+ mph over speeding violations in the last 3 years.
